“I learnt about the competition from my friend who follows information about film festivals. The piece by Stefan Bolesław Poradowski - Suite l'antique: Aria seemed the most interesting due to a large dose of emotions and melancholy which perfectly highlighted the stories in my film. The film material spent some time in my drawer, but it is only with this music that it gained its full value. It is my first such an important prize. Watching my work accompanied by live orchestra was an incredible experience. The prize was a big and positive surprise for me and motivated me for further, creative work. I earn my living by editing documentaries, and in my free time I make video clips.”
