Music of senses

25 January 2013

Janusz Bielecki appeared on the music scene in 2007, and already conquered the hearts of listeners with the timeless beauty of his compositions. He composes solo, chamber and symphonic music. His pieces preserve romantic ideals in a modern form. In the works of the composer, you can also find elements of jazz. "In Bielecki’s music you can feel great sensitivity, passion for life, desire to capture the emotional world in the structures of sounds" - Maciej Jablonski writes about the work of the composer.
The piece “Zaspokojenie” (Gratification) comes from the nine part suite titled “Żądze” (Desires) from 2008 for piano and symphonic orchestra, which depicts the various stages of love: yearning, fear, infatuation, gratification, senses, elation, desires and lust. In “Zaspokojenie” (Gratification) you can hear an inner peace and the bright orchestration gives a soothing feeling to the listener.
